Tonight we are making Lemon Cakes, if you want the recipe, you can find it here
It calls for 6-8 large lemons(I sort of think this is a lot, but hey, what do I know about squeezing lemon juice!).
I'm pretty stoked, I love me some lemon cake, especially on a warm day!
